I have seen many German K*R dolls wearing this style shoe. It is a cream colored silk with grommets and ties and tiny braid trim around the edge and at the front panel seam. Slight fraying of silk along the bottom edge of one shoe, but not threatening to the life of the shoe. Incised 6 on sole. The outer sole measures 2-3/4 inches in length and 1-1/2 inches wide.
