I have always been passionate toward this little pixie of a character because I grew up with Vogue Ginny dolls (although not "playfully" fond of them as I preferred being on the baseball diamond or basketball court during those days) and the Just Me was often used by Vogue in their early years of Ginny production. I do not recall if I ever owned a Just Me, but she has always seemed very special to me. Perhaps it is her tiny pixie bow mouth, or her cunning side-glancing eyes or it could be her awkward little toddler 5-piece body with long slender limbs, bent right arm and a protruding tummy. Heavens, how could one forget that body?? Anyway, she has found a place in my heart and I hope every doll collector finds a place for a Just Me in their collection.

This little charmer is wearing what I believe are her original organdy dress, matching onesie and ruffled bonnet. Her original mohair wig has little curls framing her face. Her original shoes have the traditional pom-poms on the toes. Her knees are blushed and her body has the original patina.
