Doll 1810 - Petite Size 1 Model Sold as a Jumeau During SFBJ Period


This sweet little bebe stole my heart and she is grabbing at my strings to keep her. She could easily be a life-long friend to a Bleuette and the size is perfect. The first model was made in 1907, during the period of the SFBJ, and she carries the Jumeau look even in this very petite and ultra desirable Size 1 bebe. Her expressive blue paperweight eyes, multiple stroke aligned brows, upper and lower lashes and pert expression are only a few of her attributes. Her tiny fully jointed Jumeau body has the original finish except for a repaired finger on her left hand. She is wearing what appears to be her original factory dress, albeit shredded in places, but underneath are an antique lacy underslip and lace trimmed pantaloons. Her long blonde mohair wig hangs in long curls below her waist and is highlighted with a tiny French braid. She has antique tie-front shoes and a very French ruched silk bonnet. I hope someone will give her a good home--she's precious!
