Magnificently attired in soft ecru and pink two piece ensemble and ready for display is this 26 inch classic Jumeau French Fashion. She is a very early model, circa 1860's, having very pale bisque and a tint of mauve shadow above her very pale blue blown glass almond shaped eyes. The pale lips are outlined in a darker shade of coral. Finely feathered arched brows. Swivel neck on bisque shoulder plate with a lip around the neck opening. Her original Jumeau kid body is in excellent condition, clean with no major soiling, and only a small patch on the inside of her left arm to prevent minor sawdust leakage. She has separately stitched and wired fingers. The clothing is antique and she is wearing antique underclothing and pink leather antique shoes with toe buckles. Her curly mohair wig falls in soft curls to her shoulders. Original cork pate and antique bonnet. She is wearing a pearl necklace and wire drop earrings. What a beautiful doll!
