Body 5010 - Antique German Flapper or Teen Body for Small Doll


Dolls were manufactured and sold as flappers or teens in the early 20th Century by many German dollmaking firms such as K*R, Kestner and Armand Marseilles. This is one of the best quality teen bodies I have seen, nice and heavy and well modeled with long legs, slant hips and slender, slightly bent one piece arms. The modeling shows a shapely waist and small busts. The fingers are well defined. The molded shoes have one strap across the instep and short heels. Mid-calf length painted stockings. Excellent condition with no repaint, no repair. Across the neck opening measures 11/16ths in.
